Tonight I decided to make my own granola. I looked up a few recipes online on www.allrecipes.com to get an idea of what to put in it and how to do it. I settled on the ingredients of olive oil, butter, honey, oats, almonds, walnuts, peanuts, raisins, and dried cranberries. I now feel like a Boulder hippie.

Honestly, since it was my 1st time and I didn't know what I was doing, I burnt the oats a little when it said to fry them in oil olive for 5 minutes. Other than the slight burnt taste, my granola is good with vanilla yogurt!
