We bought seasoned Pork Loin Baby Back Ribs at Albertsons on Sunday. A total of 1.5 lbs was $7.28. We thought it was a good deal and never barbequed ribs before so we wanted to try it. Most recipes say to slow cook them on the grill on indirect heat for about 30 minutes on each side. Since we only had 1.5 lbs we did 20 minutes on each side instead. I grilled 2 pickles as an appetizer and some eggplant slices coated with olive oil and sprinkled with garlic salt and thyme. Then served it with fried yams. The ribs were surprisingly juicy, not bad for our 1st time. It was a good bbq meal!
