I didn't have time to post last night, therefore I'm posting this late as this occurred yesterday (Sat 5/19/12).
I had wine with my chicken past dinner last night. I drank Arrow Creek Pinot Grigio. It is made in California fields of the San Joaquin Valley. This wine has rich aromas of tropical fruit balanced with a hint of natural grape sweetness. The palate reigns with rich, crisp flavors that do homage to its European roots. The finish is elegant, delicate and long. It has also won some awards such as Double Gold Medal at San Francisco Chronicle Wine Competition in 2012, Silver Medal at World Value Wine Challenge in 2011, Silver Medal at Jerry D. Meads New World International Wine Competition in 2011.
