I went to The Tavern in Wash Park with a couple classmates for happy hour tonight. It is a neighborhood bar with food and drink and in multiple locations in the Denver area. The company was the brainchild of Frank Schultz and his mother and step-father Terry and Al Papay. There are 7 Taverns in the area each with its own flavor and personality. They have happy hour Monday to Friday 2-7pm with 2-for-1 Well Drinks, House Wine, and Domestic Draft Beers. I enjoyed 2-for-1 Fox Brook White Zinfindels for $5.75. Fox Brook is made in California with aromas of strawberries, raspberries and fresh peach, and 11% alcohol. The wine was ok for a white zin.
What did you do today?
