We started our cleanse today with Michael's Ultimate Detox & Cleanse & Rebuild. We took the contents of 1 packet (4 pills) with breakfast and 1 packet (4 pills) with lunch with plenty of water. The 4 pills are for liver wellness, blood detoxification, fiber, and fat metabolism. We also mixed a scoop of Super Defense Food powder in 8oz of water. Here is the rest of day 1 menu.

I also did a 45 minute boot camp workout today at noon. Overall, I was a bit hungry today before lunch and before dinner. I think I just need to buy more snacks.

- Breakfast - apple, almonds, and raisins
- Lunch - salad with mushrooms, tomatoes, and sunflower seeds with olive oil and vinegar dressing
- Snack - baby carrots
- Dinner - chicken (with garlic and italian seasoning), broccoli, and lentils
