We started our cleanse today with the contents of 1 packet (4 pills) with breakfast and 1 packet (4 pills) with lunch with plenty of water. We also mixed a scoop of Super Defense Food powder in 8oz of water. Here is the rest of day 2 menu.
Day 2 Menu:
I also did a 30 minute cardio workout at 6pm today. Overall, I was a bit hungry today before lunch and before dinner. I was also a bit tired.
Day 2 Menu:
- Breakfast - banana, walnuts, and oats
- Lunch - kale, mushrooms, tomatoes, and hard boiled egg with olive oil and vinegar dressing
- Snack - snap peas
- Dinner - salmon (with dill), zucchini, squash
