I didn't have time to post last night, therefore I'm posting this a a day late as this occurred yesterday (Sat 1/7/12). We went to Coohills last night for my co-worker's 30th birthday party. It is a French restaurant but has a bar area where the party was. Coohills menu is French-influenced, but Colorado grown. They partner with local and regional farmers for produce, fish, poultry, and meats. I had 2 glasses of Pinot Grigio wine some appetizers and chocolate cake. It was a nice place and fun night.
