I was on vacation so I didn't have time to post the last few nights, therefore I'm posting this late as this occurred 2 days ago (Mon 7/16/12). We were in the northwest in the Washington State area for a few days so Matt and my 2 Chicago friends went from Seattle to Canada, then back to Seattle WA. First, we drove about 3 hour from Vancouver south to through border patrol and to Seattle . Then we checked in our hotel and w ent to Ivar's Original Acres of Clams for dinner. Ivar’s is Seattle’s most historic full service seafood restaurant is poised on Seattle’s colorful waterfront at Pier 54 that has been a tradition since 1938. This restaurant has a wharf-like feel which showcases stellar waterfront views of Washington State ferries, Fire Station #3’s waterside operations, and Puget Sound.
