Since I'm in the marketing world, I enjoy trying new products. We were in Walmart this past weekend and I happened to see a new sweet and salty snack on the end cap from M&M's . Sweet and salty snacks are my weakness (chocolate covered pretzels, kettle corn, rice crispy treats, crackers w/ cream cheese & jelly, etc). It was M&M's Snack Mix . The press release claims a there is a marketing campaign supporting the launch that includes digital advertising, consumer promotion, sampling, and in-store displays. I haven't seen this yet. It is made in 3 varieties: M&M's Milk Chocolate Candies Snack Mix includes M&M’s Brand Milk Chocolate Candies, mini chocolate chip cookies, peanuts, and mini pretzel twists.
