As a continuation of my birthday celebration, we went to Izakaya Den in the Old South Pearl Street neighborhood tonight for some sushi. We ordered edamame, Unagi Nigiri (fresh water eel), Poki Roll (8 pieces of spicy tuna, jalepeno, and other ingredients), and Rock-n-Roll (8 pieces of salmon, cream cheese, and other ingredients). Izakaya is the 2nd restaurant by the same founder of Sushi Den which is pretty popular in Denver. Both restaurants are excellent and right across the street from each other. I love sushi, I wish I ate it more than once every 2 months! What did you do today?
