One of my co-worker's is leaving the company to move back to Portland so we went out to lunch with her today. We went to Wild Ginger Thai Restaurant in Littleton. This is a favorite thai restaurant to many locals. The menu is authentic, the staff is genuine, the service is quick and friendly, and the food is delicious. I had Pad Thai Woon Sen (bean thread noodles stir-fried with eggs, bean sprouts, ground peanuts, and green onions) cooked medium spicy with pork for for $7.95 (soup also came with it). Medium spice was a little spicy for me but it tasted great. I was really full. I will have to say the service was relatively fast for a table of 8. What did you do today?
