I went to Jamba Juice this morning to have a smoothie for breakfast. I don't go there often because I make my own smoothies in my blender for breakfast from time to time. I tried the 16 oz Aloha Pineapple smoothie with pineapple juice , pineapple sherbet, strawberries, nonfat plain yogurt, bananas, and ice. I added an immunity booster for free. The 16 oz Aloha Pineapple smoothie has 290 calories, 1g fat, 50mg sodium, 67g carbohydrates, 3g fiber, and 63g sugar. I thought it was a decent breakfast.
