82nd New Thing - Tried a Typing Race

I was unsure of my current typing speed these days so I went Yahoo.com and did a search for "Typing Race". The search engine brought up a few options and I choose this website for typrX. On this website, you type in a quote or paragraph as quickly and accurately as you can. In the meantime, you are racing another random opponents. I played once against 2 others and received a score of 57 wpm (words per minute), not bad for my 1st time in a long time. I came in 3rd place. 2nd place had 63 wpm and 1st place had 65 wpm. The quote that I typed was:

"I've come to believe that each of us has a personal calling that's as unique as a fingerprint - and that the best way to succeed is to discover what you love and then find a way to offer it to others in the form of service, working hard, and also allowing the energy of the universe to lead you." - Oprah Winfrey

158th New Thing - Tried Sweet Potato Popchips

While we were at Albertsons doing our weekly grocery shopping, there was a lady there giving away free sample bags of Popchips so I took a sample of their Sweet Potato flavor. I had my 0.8 ox bag of Sweet Potato Popchips today with my lunch. Popchips were founded in 2007 in San Francisco as a healthy alternative to traditional potato chips. They aren't fried or baked, but popped by taking potatoes and adding a heat and pressure. They have won awards such as 'Best Snack' from Shape Magazine and 'Best Chips' from Health Magazine. My 0.8 oz bag had 100 calories, 3g fat, 95mg sodium, 16g carbohydrates, and 2g sugar. They had a slightly salted and sweet flavor in the airy chip. It was a good snack with my lunch.   What did you do today?
